The Perryville Industrial Park includes approximately 400 acres of industrial and manufacturing sites. Approximately 90 acres of vacant land is available and owned by the Perryville Development Corporation.

Major highway transportation routes include MO 51, US 61, and I-55. Three-phase electricity is available in the industrial park and all sites have access to city water, sewer, and natural gas utilities. Water infrastructure includes an 8” water main and sewer lines are sized at 2” and 4”. All sites have the industrial – 2 zoning classification. The park is served by city emergency services with a fire insurance rating of 4.
