Water Treatment Plant Division - The Water Treatment Plant is located on Hwy T, northwest of Perryville.  The Plant processes water taken from Saline Creek and is also assigned two ground-water wells on the site.  The Plant processes 800,000 gallons per day of surface water.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Division – The 1.8 million gallon per day Wastewater Treatment Plant is located southeast of Perryville at 1131 Hidden Valley Lane.  The Plant discharges processed water, in compliance with Missouri Department of Natural Resources regulations, into nearby Cinque Hommes Creek.  The City recently completed a major addition of a overflow retention basin to prevent inadvertent overflows resulting from heavy periods of rain.

Natural Gas Division – The City of Perryville owns and operates a small natural-gas distribution system to service its residents and commercial customers.  The Natural Gas Division operates, maintains, and preserves this system, which includes 90 miles of piping.  Gas is supplied to approximately 3,800 customers.  Recent upgrades to the capacity of the Municipal Gas System allow for significant demand increases.  The Division uses poly and steel mains in the whole system.  Gary Foglietta, the Water & Gas Technician, works out of Natural Gas Division, and is responsible for locating all City-owned utilities.

Department Administration  Brenda Ochs is the Department Secretary/Office Manager.  The Office Manager handles a significant portion of the communications for the department, including telephone and 2-way radio.  In addition to her secretarial responsibilities, she also keeps the Director's schedule.  Also reporting to the Director are the City Fleet Mechanics.  Richard LaRose and Randy Finger team up to deliver quick and expert repairs to all of the City's fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment.

Contractor Information:  Vendors and salesman are directed to first contact City Hall or the Department Main Office before presenting their product to a Division.
