Municipal Court is held the first and third Wednesday of the month.  Court begins at 6:00 P.M.  Court proceedings are held at City Hall, 215 N. West Street, Perryville, Missouri (East Entrance off Grand Avenue).

The Municipal Court of the City shall be subject to the rules of the Circuit Court of which it is a part, and to the rules of the State Supreme Court.  The Municipal Court shall be subject to the general administrative authority of the Circuit Court, and the judge and court personnel of said court shall obey his directives.

The jurisdiction of the Municipal Court shall extend to all cases involving alleged violations of the ordinances of the City.
